Orders are confirmed through our WhatsApp ordering process. We may contact you to confirm product availability, delivery details and the final order total before dispatch.
Delivery Areas
Our current delivery offer is focused on Srinagar. If you are outside the currently served area, contact us on WhatsApp to ask whether delivery is available for your location.
Delivery Charges
Orders of ₹999 or more receive free delivery in Srinagar. Orders below ₹999 currently carry a fixed delivery charge of ₹79.
Delivery Time
Delivery timing can vary by location, order confirmation and courier or local delivery conditions. We will communicate the expected delivery timing when confirming your order.
After You Place an Order
Please keep your phone available so we can contact you about order confirmation or delivery. If you need to update your delivery details, message us as soon as possible.
Delivery Issues
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears incomplete, contact us promptly through WhatsApp and provide your order details and clear photos where relevant. We will review the issue under our Returns & Refunds policy.
